Legal Warranty
Under the Québec Consumer Protection Act, the product you purchased is covered by a legal warranty.
This warranty ensures that the product can be used for its normal purpose for a reasonable period of time, considering the price paid, intended use, and conditions of use, even if no additional warranty is offered or if the contractual warranty has expired.
Availability of Parts and Services
OVO informs the consumer that no replacement parts or repair services are available for this product after the sale.
Therefore, if a part fails or a repair is required, the consumer must either replace the product at their own expense or purchase the necessary part to perform the repair.
This information is disclosed prior to purchase, in accordance with the requirements of the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
Contractual Warranty
The contractual warranty is in addition to the legal warranty and does not limit the rights provided under the law
