The OVO Warranty on the central vacuum system & power unit is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable. The warranty below only covers parts and includes a 1-year labor warranty. The use of electrical power other than prescribed on the unit and (or) any repair(s) made by other than authorized service personnel will render this warranty null & void. The warranty will also be null & void if the system and (or) its accessories have been used on wet surfaces. This warranty is for residential applications ONLY; this warranty does not cover commercial or industrial usage of the product. The manufacturer is not responsible for any transportation/freight. Proof of purchase is mandatory, and the invoice for the installation of the qualified electrician.
The Central Vacuum Power Unit’s Motor & Module – Ten (10) years
OVO will repair or replace any defective motor or electronic module of the central vacuum power unit for the first ten (10) years following the purchase date if used in normal conditions and properly maintained, as stated in the power unit instruction manual.*1
Certain conditions apply: The permanent filter should be replaced or cleaned each time the canister is emptied, or after every three (3) disposable bag changes. This helps prevent debris build-up on the filter, protects the motor compartment, and ensures the warranty remains valid.
*1: Smart electronic module warranty is only 1 year
Cleaning tools, carpet brushes, and flexible hoses, Two (2) years
The cleaning tools, the carpet brushes, and the flexible hoses used adequately and in normal conditions, are warranted for two (2) years, following the original date of purchase, against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover the normal wear of bristles, turbines, lamps, belts, carbon brushes, and roller bearings from the Power brush.*2
Certain conditions apply: The warranty does not cover the normal wear of bristles, turbines, lamps, belts, carbon brushes, and roller bearings from the turbo brush and electrical carpet brush. The warranty does not cover the telescopic wands and switches

Range hoods – Two (2) years
OVO will repair or replace any defective motor or electronic module of the range hood for the first two (2) years following the purchase date if used in normal conditions and properly maintained, as stated in the instruction manual.

Legal Warranty
Under the Québec Consumer Protection Act, the product you purchased is covered by a legal warranty. This warranty ensures that the product can be used for its normal purpose for a reasonable period of time, considering the price paid, intended use, and conditions of use, even if no additional warranty is offered or if the contractual warranty has expired.
Availability of Parts and Services *1
OVO informs the consumer that no replacement parts or repair services are available for this product after the sale. Therefore, if a part fails or a repair is required, the consumer must either replace the product at their own expense or purchase the necessary part to perform the repair. This information is disclosed prior to purchase, in accordance with the requirements of the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
Contractual Warranty *2
The contractual warranty described above (e.g., 10 years on the motor) is in addition to the legal warranty and does not limit the rights provided under the law.
